What can I expect out of this qualification?
This qualification is for ākonga/learners who are seeking to develop foundational skills and conceptual knowledge in a range of creative contexts.
Graduates of this qualifications will have developed a limited range of creative capabilities to allow them to contribute to community or commercial projects in preparation for further study.
Graduates will be able to operate across a range of creative contexts under broad guidance.

Entry Requirements
Minimum requirements
Academic Requirements: 10 NCEA Level 1 literacy credits. Portfolio: Applicants are required to submit a portfolio or other evidence to demonstrate their creative work. Interview: Applicants may be required to attend an interview. English Language Requirements: IEL TS 5.5 Academic (no lower than 5.0 in any subtest).
