Entry requirements

A satisfactory standard of general education in the first language and familiarity with English script. Entry level into the programme is decided after a placement assessment that assesses the applicants reading, writing, listening and speaking skills.

What can I expect out of this qualification?

Holders will be able to apply linguistic knowledge and skills to manage a range of complex and sustained interactions, present to and interact with a group using culturally appropriate strategies, use a range of complex structures to explain information and ideas, master the main features of English phonology and manage their own ongoing language learning.
