A graduate of the Master of Construction will be able to plan and undertake research and evaluate construction, cost management, project management or facilities management related processes, policies, practices, proposals and strategies, and make informed decisions.

A Bachelor of Construction and Postgraduate Diploma in Construction, or equivalent with a minimum B average over the qualifying 700-level courses for the research pathway; or a Bachelor of Construction, or equivalent, plus a minimum of two year approved experience in the construction sector in a professional capacity.
