MHousSt graduates will have developed advanced skills, knowledge and understanding of the theory and practice of housing design, sustainability, policy, economics, affordability, regulation and procurement, with a focus on the New Zealand situation. They will be experienced in the application of the theory into practice, through analysis of the industry and local case studies. They will be critical, reflective practitioners, able to pursue personal professional goals and higher level postgraduate research.
