What can I expect out of this qualification?

Graduates of the MPropPrac will demonstrate advanced capabilities in a critical mix of practical and theoretical areas of study related to their area of specialisation in property practice, and be able to apply their analytical and solution-seeking skills to organisational challenges. They will be equipped to enter or progress in property careers.

Minimum requirements

A relevant bachelors degree (excluding the Bachelor of Property) with a minimum GPA or a relevant bachelors degree and passed 60 points in the Postgraduate Certificate in Property Practice with a minimum GPA (180-point pathway); or a Postgraduate Diploma in Business in Property Management with a minimum GPA (120-point pathway).
