About the course
What can I expect out of this qualification?
Diploma in engineering will allow students to explore tertiary study in the broad suite of subjects before committing themselves to a full degree programme. In addition to discipline knowledge students will develop academic writing, communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Also, to provide students with a pathway into the BE(Hons) or the BEngTech and to ensure that they are sufficiently prepared. The qualification will also be available as an exit qualification for those students who may choose not to continue with their degree studies.
