This micro-credential is designed for those who are currently working in the tourism and hospitality sector.

Open entry to applicants aged 17 years and over residing in New Zealand, including those in employment and those on working visas.

What can I expect out of this qualification?

The purpose of this micro-credential is to equip learners with the skills to create visually engaging content using smartphone technology to support brand visibility and customer engagement for New Zealand's tourism and hospitality sector.

Learners will gain practical skills in capturing, editing, and publishing visual and multimedia content while applying ethical considerations when sharing content. It aims to enhance skills in using smartphones as tools for visual storytelling and responsible content sharing within the tourism and hospitality industry.
