Entry requirements

- 20 years of age or older.
- Has completed a Level 5 qualification in either social work, the social sciences, an area that relates to the social sector, or has equivalent skills and experience.
- Has been employed in a social services sector for at least two years.
- Is able to speak the language of the dominant group with whom they work.

What can I expect out of this qualification?

The purpose of the micro-credential is to develop the capability of practitioners and service providers to apply a
conceptual framework to addressing family violence, when creating an ethnic specific, service delivery model /
approach to working with families.
