The micro-credential will support learners to effectively manage performance and interpersonal conflict in the workplace.

Target Market
This micro-credential is for emerging team leaders. People who:
- have recently become a team leader or supervisor or have the potential to be appointed to team leadership roles
- have the opportunity to learn and complete assessment in the context of a real or realistic business entity and in light of the requirements of that context. A business entity can be an organisation, or a commercial or other enterprise, not necessarily for profit, and can be a discreetly managed business unit within a larger organisation.
