What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of this micro-credential is to explore the characteristics of regional craft beer and cider varieties within Aotearoa. Learners will develop their beer and cider tasting sensors and develop the appropriate tasting terminology to use with customers.
This micro-credential is designed to enhance the employability of people seeking work in licenced premises, and to upskill new and existing staff in the tourism and hospitality sector.
