Students must: * be 18 years and older. * have English language competence to undertake this programme. Applicants for whom English is a second language require: * IELTS (Academic) level 5.5 with no band lower than 5.0.

What can I expect out of this qualification?

The aim of this course is to develop the student's business skill related to developing and launching a food product. This will enable a student to research, develop, design, promote and sell a food product, either a menu item or a retail food product, for their own business or in one that they work in.
