Entry requirements

To enrol on this micro-credential, learners must: * be at least 16 years of age at the commencement of their enrolment, and * achieve CEFR Level A2 in the PIHMS English language placement test.

What can I expect out of this qualification?

This micro-credential is intended for learners of English as an additional language who can already use English to communicate regarding personal and routine matters (CEFR A2). The micro-credential is intended for people who want to have the English language proficiency required to confidently communicate regarding personal and familiar topics, and areas of interest.

This micro-credential is at a level comparable to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) B1.
