Entry requirements

To enrol on this micro-credential, learners must:
* be at least 16 years old at the commencement of the course, and either
* have successfully completed the UUNZ General English B1+ Micro-credential, or
* achieve a level equivalent to CEFR B1+ in the UUNZ English language placement test, or
* have an internationally accepted English language proficiency test result (e.g. IELTS) dated within 6 months of the proposed course start date and showing proficiency at CEFR B1+ level

What can I expect out of this qualification?

This micro-credential is for learners of English as an additional language whose language proficiency is already at a level equivalent to CEFR B1+, and who wish to reach a level of proficiency equivalent to CEFR B2.
Learners who successfully complete this micro-credential can communicate effectively and in detail in relation to concrete and abstract topics.
