What can I expect out of this qualification?

This qualification is for people who wish to develop in-depth knowledge of mātauranga ā-iwi within a general Māori worldview but in a specialist hapū and iwi context.

Graduates of this qualification will have a broad range of knowledge and skills to maintain and advance mātauranga ā-iwi.

Graduates of this qualification will be able to self-manage their own learning and application. They will be able to practice knowledge and skills fundamental to hapū and iwi advancement within a chosen field of work/or study and across the community.
