It is strongly recommended that all individuals hold a current practising first aid certificate at the point they are awarded the qualification.

About the course

What can I expect out of this qualification?

This qualification will provide the aquatic sector with pool lifeguards, swim and water safety teachers, and aquafitness instructors, who have the knowledge and skills to operate using safe practices while working under limited supervision in an aquatic facility environment.
