What can I expect out of this qualification?
This qualification is for people who want to develop more of an understanding of tikanga within a specialist field founded on a Māori worldview.
Graduates of this qualification will have more knowledge and skills to support and participate in the practice of tikanga under guided supervision.
Graduates of this qualification will be able to apply knowledge fundamental to tikanga practices across the community in general.

Entry Requirements
Minimum requirements
All applicants must: Be at least 16 years old at the time of enrolment into the programme; Demonstrate an introductory competence in Te Reo Maori; and Reasonably expect to achieve the standards required for successful completion of the programme. For International Students the English Language Entry Requirement is a score of no less than 5.5 IELTS equivalent.
