Applicants must be New Zealand Citizens, or hold permanent resident or refugee status. Applicants must be physically able to complete construction works activities which will include standing for prolonged periods and lifting weights up to 20kg. Applicants who do not have English as their first language must hold International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 5.5 in General Training Reading and General Training Writing or equivalent.
