About the course
What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of this qualification is to provide the wine industry with people who have skills and knowledge to work as entry level cellar hands in wine cellar operations.
This is an entry level qualification, designed for people new to the industry or who have been working in the industry in an entry level role.
Graduates will be able to carry out basic cellar hand tasks safely and efficiently under limited supervision.

Academic requirements: For applicants under 20 years of age NCEA Level 1 is required. For applicants 20 years of age and over there are no minimum academic requirements.
