What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of this qualification is to provide the land based primary industries with individuals who have attained the skills and knowledge to develop and manage sustainable practices to comply with a recognised production standard.
- Graduates will benefit by having a qualification that recognises progression through the primary industry and will be able to implement sustainable practices for the long-term benefit of communities and the environment.
- Graduates will be able to work in a self-managed capacity, and may have some responsibility for the performance of others.

Entry Requirements
Minimum requirements
All applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time the programme commences;be able to read, write and communicate in English at a basic level; be physically able to complete the programme specific outcomes. Applicants for whom English is not a first language must have an IELTS score of 5.5 with no band score lower than5, or an accepted international equivalence.
