About the course
What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of this qualification is to provide Aotearoa New Zealand with people who have business administration and technology skills to work in a range of office administration roles.
Graduates of this qualification will be able to apply business technologies to perform a wide range of administrative duties and tasks under broad guidance, in accordance with ngā kaupapa o te Tiriti o Waitangi (the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi), and in a multi-cultural environment.

Minimum requirements
Prospective students will demonstrate commitment to stud, have an interest in business administration and technology services, and must have access to a computer and broadband connection. Prospective students must show capability to be supported to successfully complete the programme, this may require one or more of the following: interview; capability assessment/s (including literacy/numeracy and communication); referee check.The programme has approximately 200 hours of simulated/workplace activities and assessment must be completed in a simulated/workplace. Therefore, prospective students must be able to commit to the practical course load prior to admission.
