What can I expect out of this qualification?

The purpose of this qualification is to provide the equine industry with individuals who have the skills and knowledge to coach horse and rider combinations for competition, both individually and in a group, for a specific discipline.
The qualification is stranded to reflect the specialist skills required to coach in either dressage, eventing, or jumping disciplines.
Graduates will benefit by having a qualification that provides recognition of their specialist coaching skills.
The industry will benefit from this qualification by having qualified people who are able to contribute effectively and professionally as coaches in the sporthorse industry.
Graduates will be capable of working under minimum supervision with responsibility for work outcomes.
