What can I expect out of this qualification?

The purpose of this qualification is to provide the cleaning industry with graduates who are able to maintain professional standards, having attained sufficient knowledge and practical skills to deliver cleaning services.
The qualification is intended for people who are entering the cleaning industry or to recognise the skills and knowledge of those already employed in the cleaning industry, as well as providing a pathway for development in the cleaning industry.
The Health Care Facilities Cleaning optional strand builds on the core skills and knowledge to recognise the skills required for cleaning specifically in health care facilities, under supervision.
